The People Behind Bush Guides Safaris

We believe an authentic African safari is only as extraordinary as the person in the driver’s seat. Meet the local guides, mechanics, and logistics coordinators who call Tanzania home.

Our Guiding Philosophy

Bush Guides Safaris was founded by professional Tanzanian wildlife naturalists with a clear vision: to replace generic, rushed safari circuits with deep, respectful immersion in Africa’s greatest wilderness areas.

We do not use cookie-cutter schedules. When you travel with us, your guide is empowered to follow wildlife behavior—lingering with a cheetah coalition during late afternoon hunting hours or watching a leopard hoist its kill into an acacia tree without watching the clock.

"We do not simply show you wild animals. We teach you how to read the African savanna."
